In idle energy-saving mode, flow rate is ≤3 L/min, significantly reducing standby energy consumption. With 30-ms rapid response time, there is no lag in traffic replenishment during sudden load changes.

High Pressure, Efficiency and Stability

Rated pressure of 280 bar makes it suitable for medium and high pressure scenarios, with 95% high volumetric efficiency reducing energy loss. Copper-based cylinder body precisely fitted with alloy steel plungers, with clearance ≤0.005mm and flow pulsation rate ≤1.5%, meeting high-precision control requirements.

High Wear Resistance and Long Service Life

Plunger and swash plate treated with nitriding hardening, cylinder block surface laser-coated with wear-resistant layer. Key friction pair wear ≤0.01mm per 10,000 hours. Double-seal combination design ensures static leakage ≤0.5 mL/min and trouble-free operating life ≥20,000 hours under rated conditions.

Wide Working Condition Adaptability

Operating temperature range of -25℃ to 90℃ suitable for high and low temperature operations. IP65 protection rating withstands bumpy and dusty construction machinery environments. Supports flange and foot seat installation methods. Oil port can rotate 180° for adjustment to adapt to different equipment layouts.
